Elegance in Rich Razzleberry

Today's card  is so elegant and utilizes the tone-on-tone technique - layering the same color on top of each other.  And again, it meets my criteria of quick and easy!!  Yippee skippee!!!!!

You can see where I embossed the one layer of Rich Razzleberry cardstock using the Big Shot and a textured embossing folder and then mounted it on the card base.  This is one of my favorite techniques.  Now, use that technique and Blendabilities, well that made my stamping play time very very very awesome!!! It's really a versatile card and can be used for any occasion.

One of the other things you might have noticed is a layer of Basic Black underneath the Whisper White cardstock - it really enhances the black stamped images.  It kind of makes them pop off the page a bit!!!

Speaking of popping, I also used the Light Coastal Cabana Blendabilities to shadow around the outside of the flower.  Love how such a little touch adds a whole new dimension to the image!
