Time to explore another stamp in the Sketched Birthday stamp set - the cupcake! You know, I always found it hard to eat a cupcake! Now, those who know me know I have a big mouth, but shoot, I just can't open it up that wide!! So, since the explosion of cupcakes in the past years, I decided to eat it with a fork and you know, it works wonders and makes my cupcake eating experience so wonderful! So, now that I've shared my eating habits with you today, here is the card I made . . .
Doesn't this just make you want a cupcake? I also used the Baked Brown Sugar and Crisp Cantaloupe cardstocks, along with Whisper White. I swear whoever named the 2013-2015 In Colors this year must have been hungry - Baked Brown Sugar, Crisp Cantaloupe, Strawberry Slush, Pistachio Pudding (do you see a theme here?). And, for the new In Colors, there is this delightful Stretch Ruffle Ribbon to match each color - I used the Crisp Cantaloupe for this card. Did you notice the dots on the bottom of the card? Well, I used the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder to create the stamped image. I just tapped my Baked Brown Sugar stamp pad on to the raised dots on the embossing folder, then put my cardstock on top, closed the folder and just rubbed it. Now you can stamp with your embossing folder! Who knew!! Here is the inside of the card . . .
All this food talk has made me hungry! Think I need a cupcake!
