Last night I held a meeting for my downline and at each meeting, we prepare a card swap. I love the swaps because I get to sit down and play with my stamps. One of the sets that I couldn't wait to use was Perfect Blend, a three stamp set with a "to go" coffee cup in it. Let me warn you right now - you stamp one coffee cup and you can't stop! Seriously!!! Let me show you. Below is my swap card that I made . . .
Cute, huh! I used designer series paper from Soho Subway. It seemed to fit the whole coffee/world theme perfectly. Then, I thought, let me try something else, so I made this card . . .
As you can see, I stepped it up a bit by adding some embossed paper (used the new Alphabet Press Embossing Folder), decorated the coffee cup a bit more and cut it out. Oh goodness, I really didn't want to stop making coffee cups, but hubby wanted to get some dinner and I had the meeting, so I begrudgingly stopped!
But, I'm still thinking ... how many cups can I make tonight? Hum . . .
