Stamp, Play and Create

I always enjoy the first weekend of the month when we get together to Stamp, Play and Create! Each month we feature a particular product and this month was the Brights Designer Buttons. I have to tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed preparing this month's projects and playing with those buttons! They are just so gorgeous!

Before I share the projects, I hope you'll indulge me while I share two photos of Marley. Many of you know I have five cats. The four younger cats always provide entertainment during the workshops -- sometimes taking the stage away from me! This Saturday, Marley was the star. He laid on edge of the table during class and could have cared less in the morning about all the activity going on around him. Now, during the break between classes, he really settled into his deep sleep phase ...

Isn't that absolutely adorable!!! He sleeps like this all the time -- I've had plenty of cats in my lifetime and never had a cat sleep like he does!! I just love him!

Okay, now for the projects!!!

Check out the button --- it has the top of a brad in it! Doesn't that look too darn cute!!!

This bird and branch are from the Two-Step Bird Large Punch which made this card so quick and easy! See how the buttons just add a little "pop"!!!

Yes, imagine the possibilities ... they are endless!!

I love the Musical Notes wheel! We actually used the wheel guide and I'm so proud of everyone! They did such a great job using the wheel!!! I did this card to show that just because the buttons are from the "Brights" collection, you can use them with other color groups!!! Love it!!

Next month, the product we will be featuring is the Note Cards with Envelopes. I can't wait to share with you so many ideas for the note cards!! Classes will be Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. The fee is $10 and if you place an order of $30 or more, you get a $5.00 credit on your order! Deadline for reservations and payment is April 27, 2011. I hope you can make it!

Happy Stamping,
