A Little Blue Birdie Told Me

I remember when I first saw the Good Morning Sunshine DSP and thought it was too cute. Then, I found out we had chipboard "So Tweet" on board elements that coordinated perfectly with the paper! Bliss!!! I know this paper won't be in the next catalog because it coordinates with the current In Colors - in this case, Pacific Point. I certainly will miss it, but maybe they'll have it in a different color scheme! Hum.

Do you like how the chipboard bird matches perfectly? If you take a peek in the catalog, you'll find out that the chipboard looks just like cardboard, except its a bit thicker. They make it this way so you can make it different colors to suit your needs. To color this bird, I used the Sponge Daubers to apply Pacific Point ink. It's really a cool technique and doesn't take hardly anytime to dry. In real life, it looks like velvet! Love love love it!!! Of course, I had to add a googly eye .. because I think that brings the bird to life!!

Let me show you what papers come in the Good Morning Sunshine DSP.

Did you notice the blue owls? It's like they are talking right to you! Well, maybe they're just staring at you! Yup, that's it. They're wondering when you are going to invite them into your home!!
