Thoughts and Prayers

You know that I couldn't make two cards in a row without using my Big Shot, now didn't you!!! Well, I only used the Backgrounds I Texturz Plates to create the diamond image background. I'm sure you'll agree that it really adds a lot to this card.

My color combinations on this card are Basic Gray, Basic Black, Rose Red and Naturals White. When I stamped the floral image with Rose Red ink, I did stamp off before I stamped the image. The words were stamped using Craft Basic Black ink and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. To balance out the focal image, I added three Rose Red brads to the card. A rule of thumb when adding embellishments to your projects, such as brads, you want to use an odd number of embellishments, i.e., three brads. Don't know why, but it works!!! Hum .. it's called balance!

I like the peacefulness of the colors in this card and the layout. I did, again, use Dimensionals between several of the layers. I think I need to order more Dimensionals!!!

Happy stamping,
