A Witching Halloween

Every year I get to make Halloween treats for a very special little boy. No, not Kirk .. he he .. he's 21!!!! He is the son of my boss and is in kindergarten this year. I just finished the little treat bags for this year and I thought they turned out so cute!!!! All I did was take a small bag and cut off some of the top, put cardstock on the front and back, decorate and fill them with goodies!!! You know, the hard part of these little goodie bags is picking out what candy to use, so I just decided to buy a bag of each of the assorted candy. I promise, though, that I won't dig in until AFTER Halloween! I certainly don't want to deprive the little ones that stop by their candy!!!

You know, I have wonderful memories of Halloween. Mom would give us a pillow case and we would make several trips out and back home to empty the loot!!!! Mom always went through our candy and if she took out some to eat (like I did with Kirk's candy), I never knew because there was so much. Unfortunately, we do not have very many children and trick or treat in our neighborhood. But, I always look forward to seeing those who stop by!!!

I hope you and your family have a safe and wonderful Halloween!
